Our trip to Turkey was wonderful! The place we stood was called Beldibi and is 25 kilometres away from Antalya. Antalya is settled on the West coast (Mediterranean Sea) of the Turkey and is the next bigger town to Beldibi and it was our destination airport. Beldibi is a very small spot and You would think it was made only for Tourists. Hotel next to Hotel and shop next to shop. We booked an All-Inclusive Hotel called SEAGULL. The Hotel was great. Directly at the sea shore, with pools and all luxus You just can imagine. Food and drinks arround the clock! I was impressed. The weather was sunny all the time, just one evening we had a storm. We rented a car (which was very cheap) for one day and took a drive to a natural reservate. That was the most wonderful day in Turkey. Dirk and me didn't participate on those Actions for tourists. I love to be more indepentend and visit places of my choise. It is quite funny to go shopping in the tourist places. You will be invited for a cup of tea and handle out prices for stuff You never wanted to buy and we bought a lot. Handbags, Clothes and so much more. We made some snapshots to peek, so You may see what I am talking about all the time :o) Also I drew some wonderful scenes from our vacation in my sketchbook. I will make some water color paintings of them for our living room and maybe I'll display them here, too.
